HOW DO I GET A QUOTE FOR MY NEW COUNTERTOP?
To get a quote, all we need is a drawing and approximate sqft of your countertop as well as what material you are thinking about going with. Nothing is set in stone but this will help us give you the most accurate quote. If you are not sure what material you want to go with, feel free to give us a call and stop into our new showroom and we can help you choose!
OK I GOT A QUOTE. WHATS NEXT?
Now it's time to make our first trip to your home. One of our trained professionals will come in and TEMPLATE. What that means is we are gonna get an exact measurement of your countertop. See if everything is level, get an exact sqft, see if the wall is exactly straight or if we are gonna have to make some type of adjustment. Once this is complete, the template is taken back to our office and we can give you an exact number of how much your countertop will be. Size color, material, backsplash, edge all plays a role into how much your new top is going to cost.
I GOT THE EXACT PRICE OF MY JOB. NOW WHAT?
We ask that you pay 50% of the job cost so we can order material. From the time you pay the balance, give us 7-10 business days and we will have your countertop ready and installed in your home. BOOM, that easy! The other 50% of the countertop price is expected to be paid at time of install.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer all materials. Granite, Quartz, Solid Surface, Laminate, and Dekton.
DO I NEED CABINETS?
Yes. Before we can do anything, cabinets need to be installed.
DO YOU SUPPLY A PLUMBER TO DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT MY PLUMBING?
For an additional fee we can supply you with a plumber. If you would like to get your own plumber, that is also ok. If you do get your own plumber all we ask is that you have the plumbing disconnected before time of install.
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME AT TIME OF TEMPLATE AND INSTALL?
Yes. We will not enter your home unless there is someone present at the home/business
